Flooring Supplies Delivery Information

We use parcel force for the majority of our delivery’s and we keep our delivery costs to the lowest that we can.

Delivery is capped at £24.99 so you will never pay more than that regardless of your order size.

For larger items and consignments of more than 1 item e.g. 5 or more packs of tiles we use Night Freight.

On receiving your order please check that the goods are in good condition if they appear to be obviously damaged, please refuse the order and mark the delivery driver’s sheet that refused due to damage and contact us right away.

Small Light weight items will be sent via royal mail 1st class service.

All goods will require someone at the delivery address to sign for them. It is usual that if there is no one there to sign for the goods a calling card will be left so you can re arrange delivery at another time.

We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by Carriage Companies, as this is beyond our control. But we will deal with any problems caused by carriage issues.
