Q How long will my delivery take?
A Delivery are usually within 2 to 3 days however some products may talke up to 7 working days. in any event of any delay one of our sales team will contact you either by email or telephone to let you know.
Q Can I return something if I dont like it?
A Returns are accepted on some products but not all. some flooring is cut to size and therefore cannot be returned. we would always ask you to order a sample if you are unsure about your purchase. goods that are damaged or faulty must be reported to us withinn 2 days of delivery so we can arrange a refund on return recipt of the goods. There will be a 15% re stocking fee.
Q What if a delivery is made whilst I am out?
A All the carriers we use leave a calling card to let you know a delivery was attempted. you will be able to make a re delivery date at your convience.
Q Are your goods brand new?
A Yes we only stock brand new and current ranges.
Q Where can I find more information on your prodcuts?
A We try to put as much relevant information as we can on our products, however if you need to know more detail you can visit the various manufactures own websites, these can be found on the useful links page.
Q Can I order more than one prodcut at a time to save on my carriage costs?
A Yes we have set the delivery so you will never pay more than £24.99 our delivery charges are worked out as cheap as possible but some products are very heavy and we do the best we can to keep delivery costs to a minimum.
Q How can I pay for my goods?
A We accept all major credit cards except American Express. You can pay by paypal or by card using Protx secure payment service. or you can call the sales team and pay over the phone.
Q Can I order a sample of the flooring I wish to buy?
A Yes, please call one of our sales team on 0116 204 7144 and we will send your chosen sample out to you.
